This burger was delicious. Although they got my order a little bit wrong, the food was so good I forgave the mishap instantly. I ordered a sirloin burger with cheese. It came wtih loads of sauteed onions but they were a good addition. The mixed fries were perfect, not soggy, very crisp, but not over fried. I was concerned when I saw the bun looked like an English muffin, but it was very good and not super bready and filling. I will definitely order from here again when I want a good burger. Although I wish they had given me my side of ranch and hot sauce as I requested. Also the mustard isn't plain yellow its spicy, but the food was still so good I forgave all of this. Very good burgers.

Got the kobe beef burger and fries. The burger tasted like a regular burger to me and was pretty small. The fries were pretty good and tasted like 5 guys. Also, just like 5 guys they gave me a ton of fries. I wish the burger to fry ratio was a little better. Overall good meal though. (Wish I could give 3.5 stars)

Exceptionally good burgers and fries. High quality and the price reflects it. Delivery can be a bit slow at times. I prefer the sirloin myself, although the "kobe" is certainly a nice splurge when I have the extra cash. The sweet potato fries are a nice change from the usual you get everywhere else and the portion is huge. Would give 5 stars if delivery were swifter.

Occasionally delivery takes a little long, but is no doubt worth it. Burger is always delicious and fries are crispy just how I like them. 2-thumbs up only because I don't have more thumbs!

Let's start off with 5 stars and work backwards deducting 1 star for every wrong thing. Asked for mayo - no mayo sent. Asked for mustard - no mustard sent. Asked for "mixed" fries (a combonation of regular and sweet potato fries) - no sweet potato fries sent even though I was charged for it. Why have menu options to choose from if they are going to just send whatever they want? Basically took 40 minutes to get the wrong food delivered to me.

I got the sirloin burger.. expensive and really doubt I'll order again. looks and sounds fancy so worth trying to see what the hype was about but I think I'll stick to 5 guys. English muffin wasn't so bad on a burger but I prefer bun. I thought it would be like thomas english muffin but it was more like a thin bun. $8.75 can buy about 2lbs of beef at the store.

Very speedy delivery - 25 minutes (we live at Rector & Broadway). Our kobe burgers were delicious and the mixed sweet potato and regular fries were good and plentiful. Our only critique was that the food could have been hotter, which was a surprise given how little time it took to arrive. But I would certainly order from here again.

My favorite burger place in the neighborhood. If you want a simple, juicy, delicious burger, this is the place to go. The Portuguese muffins are interesting/good, too. Love the sweet potato fries! Yum!

Quality burger joint for any place in Manhattan. In my opinion, it's better than Shake Shack. The best part is they deliver! Delivery is slow, but understandable since they are cooking to such perfection. The meat is the focus. When you request additional things in your burger, they put so little that I don't think it's worth the price they charge. The meat, especially the kobe beef, is oh-so good! Worth the wait, and the value is second to none!

My "grilled chicken salad" was really just a salad (quite satisfactory) with a slab of grilled chicken separately (overdone and dry). It would have earned 2 stars. But, oh, the wonders of just three letters: B.L.T. Get it with mayo, and you will not regret it. 5 stars for that one.

I'd give this place 5 stars if the price of a sandwhich wasn't so high - but hands down the BEST chicken sandwhich I've EVER had. I you're in the mood for something great and don't mind spending the extra $$ - definately try the organic chicken sandwhich!!

Just ordered and asked in 2 different places for extra ketchup and napkins. Received 5 total ketchup packets for 2 burgers and fries and 3 total napkins. Also asked for ketchup on the burgers and it wasn't there.

Great burgers and sweet potato fries. I wouldn't give it only one $ though it deserves $$. Burgers are not cheap here, if you want a cheap greasy burger go to burger shoppe further south, but burgers here are bigger in size and come on english muffin type bun, which is good.

We were looking for something new in delivery since we've ordered from nearly every other restaurant in the area by now and only have a few repeat favorites that get boring after a while. Anyway, we were very very pleased with Zaitzeff and plan to add it to our list of faves! The food was excellent, still hot and delivered as ordered. Plus the wait was fine -- typical of most deliveries. Our only suggestion is to skip the bland french fries and get the sweet potato fries instead, which were top notch! (Organic Chicken Sandwich & fries and Kobe Beef Burger with cheese and sweet potato fries).

I did not enjoy this place at all. The Burger was raw, and the fries were soggy and completely covered in salt, literally inedible. STAY AWAY. A good burger is my favorite meal, and I was utterly disappointed.

Horrible. The burger is greasy and overcooked. The fries are soggy and bland. The only good thing about this place is the bun, however, why would I want to order a burger for the bun?

This place stinks. Over priced, small portions, soggy fries, didn't send the entire order. $1.75 for 1 slice of cheese.... $2.25 for a can of coke.. come on! And BTW your Kobe Beef is gamy... taste more like Shaq Beef Other then that this place would be perfect

the chicken ceaser although tasty is so wrongly over priced as to be offensive. for 17 dollars the meat of more than one half of an organic breast and 8 romaine leaves should be offered. taste and quility seem to justify price but size and quantity makes this bout a 700-100%% profit item, very off market for delivery in this economy

SO RIDICULOUSLY GOOD. Something about those weird little buns are so deliciously awesome; I wish every burger joint used them. Although, I had the Kobe beef burger and I couldn't taste the difference between that and a normal one... although it could be because I ate the burger so fast, I couldn't tell.

Very overpriced. I ordered the $4.75 cookie and got a single small cookie that wasn't even that good. The kobe burger was good, but an extra $4.50 for cheese and avocado is too much for such a small burger.

The sandwich was $12.75 and was worth half of it. If you're going to spend this much, at least give the customer fries or a side salad included with the price. The chicken breast was good, but I've certainly had better for less money.

Truly mediocre burgers. I would bet money that the 'Kobe' burger isn't. The bun is very good but the burger itself is truly pedestrian. The fries are passable but came cold in spite of a rather quick delivery. To top it off, it's overpriced. I won't order again. If it's daytime, I'd send an intern to Burger King instead. (And I don't tend to eat fast food.) If it's nighttime, order from somewhere else.

Terrible. The food arrived very late and cold, and the kobe burger tasted like gray, dry crap -- seriously, a horrible burger. Downtown, the best burger by far is the 10 oz. juicy sirloin beauty from Texas Rotisserie.

Setting aside price, this is a great place to order from. The food looks and tastes like you're led to expect--nothing pre-fab or processed about it. Even the vegetarian burger is quite good--little things like the tomato used being ripe and fresh can make a big difference! Ideally fries would still be truly hot on arrival...but this is delivery and they're not miracle workers! Also, my order has been 100% right and on time for each of my three prior deliveries.
